My Experience with Cebu Pacific | Airline Review

Cebu Pacific is a known airline in the Philippines. They started at the year 1988 and has a total of 63 destinations.

Traveling around the Philippines has a bad side, transportation. You can go anywhere by bus, public transportation or car, but traffic always makes it worst. So thanks to our airlines who are ready to offer air transportation.

On December 2018 I had a flight with Cebu Pacific from Ninoy Aquino International Airport to Godofredo E. Ramos in Caticlan. It was not my first time flying with Cebu Pacific but I will give you my thoughts regarding our flight.

Punctuality

Our flight got delayed almost an hour and their stuff kept on informing us about the status. But good to say, we still arrived the same time that we had on our boarding passes. I am not sure if in the estimated time travel, they already assume that there was going to have a delay or their plane is just fast.

Plane Size

If you ever travelled around Europe, you know how small their planes here. I had travelled with the most used airlines in Europe like Vueling, Ryanair, and I can say, Cebu Pacific offers a bigger plane! Knowing that Cebu Pacific is nothing to compare with bigger airlines but their plane size is almost the same size of Singapore airline but of course, without monitors in front of their seats.

Vibe

Paying a plane ticket to its cheapest price will not give you any expectations. But entering the Cebu Pacific Airplane, gives you that clean at classy vibes. You know that feeling, ¨I paid for this¨, that is what it gives you. Maybe these are because of its interior design and lighting. But this is based on my opinion. I just experienced worst airlines and it gives me pride that Cebu Pacific can give something like this to its customers.

Comfortness

Ladies and Gentlemen, Cebu Pacific has one of the most comfortable seats ever. I know they do not have the best seats but compared to where I sat in Ethihad airlines (which you can read my review here) Cebu Pacific seats are better.

Overhead Bin

 

Coming from a trip makes your luggage bigger because of pasalubong but you still want you luggage to be at its best place. You do not want you luggage to get squashed inside the overhead bin. Specially if you paid €€€ for your luggage.

Have you ever experience getting in a smaller plane because of airline´s error and it makes you irritated because you know their overhead bin are smalls and giving the fact that these airlines are well known around the world.

But dear, Cebu Pacific´s overhead bin makes you feel sure and safe for your luggage. They are not too small but it gives space to every luggage.

Service

Salute to all Cebu Pacific Crews! They are truly nice and welcoming. They are willing to help you with a smile which I really missed when I travel with international airlines. They just prove themselves as Filipinos. #hospitality

Foods

My flight just took over an hour so we did not order any food but still, they offer variety of snacks, meals and drinks. Check out their brochure!

Entertainment

In front of their seats, they have some magazines to read. But what I like the most, every before the landing they have this mini game. They will ask you some question and you just need to raise your hand to answer. If they choose you and you got the right answer, they will give you a souvenir from the airline. It gave me an excitement of hearing the question and raising the hand as fast as possible. It was just full of entertainment.

So, here is my short review and sharing my experience with Cebu Pacific, I hope you got some ideas and thoughts about my Cebu Pacific and a little bit of comparison with other small international airlines. Do not forget to book your next trip with Cebu Pacific, tangkilikin ang sariling atin.

By creating your blog, you need to have your own Google Account. Google is connected with Blogger. You have two choices in creating your blog, create new account of google or just directly putting your Google Account.

Step 2:

Confirm Your Profile

Blogger will ask for your display name. You can use any name that you want but I recommend you to make it formal because it will appear on your blog as well. You can use the name of your future blog if you want.

Step 3:

Create New Blog

 In this step, you can now create your blog. Blogger will as you for basic information for your new blog.

You will have to put the name of the blog that you are planning to create. After that, Blogger will also recommend you some address for example ¨ www.^yourchosenblogname^.blogspot.com¨. Take note that your desired blog address is already taken, blogger will tell you that. So better to have a few list of your blog address.

Blog addresses are for free if it is connected to blogger. Meaning to say, it will carry the blogspot.com . But in the future, you can buy your own domain specially if you are planning to connect it with Adsense.

La Plaça Gastro Mercat | Panoramic Restaurant in Barcelona

Are you planning to visit Barcelona or are you already living here? There is this famous panoramic restaurant where you can see the beautiful view of the City of Barcelona. Witness the daily scene, sun set and even the night scene of the City of Barcelona that will make you feel amazed.

El Corte Ingles is a well known shopping mall in Spain. They have different branches such as in Barcelona, Llobregat, Sabadell, Madrid, etc. It is a shopping mall where you can find everything, even a travel agency.

La Plaça Gastro Mercat

The Panoramic Restaurant that I am talking about is located in El Corte Ingles branch Plaça Catalunya. It is on the highest floor. It is called, ¨La Plaça Gastro Mercat¨. 

Plaça Catalunya is a tourist Spot here in Barcelona. It is also the center of the city. It is near in other tourist spots here in Barcelona just like La Rambla, Passeig de Gracia where you can see Casa Battló and Casa Milá. So if you are passing by near to these places, do not hesitate to come in La Plaça Gastro Mercat.

Types of Foods Available in La Plaça Gastro Mercat

There are variety of foods available in La Plaça Gastro Mercat. From tapas to dessert. Most of them are delicacies of Spain but they also offer some Pastas and Pizzas from Italy. Here are they: 

1. Salads

Salads are dishes consisting of a misture of different small pieces of foods specially vagetables and fruits. They also offer different dressings for it.

2. Cold Cuts

Here, you will be able to get different types of Hams. Spanish are fan of different types of Ham. You will surely be able to see a huge leg part of a pork. And of course, they offer different types of Bocadillos with tons of variety of bread that Spanish are obsessed with.

3. Tapas

When we talk about Spanish cuisine, we will never forget the Tapas. Tapas are Spanish appetizer or snack that are small portion of foods. Some of them are Croquettes (with variety of flavors), Chicken Fingers, Fried Potatoes, Bravas, Calamares, etc. 

4. Grill

If you are in Spanish, you should never miss the famous Paella.Paella is a Spanish rice dish with different ingredients. You have choices like seafoods, vagetables, etc.
In this section, they also offer seafoods like Hake, Cuttlefish, Salmon, Prawns, etc., that can be grilled.

5. Italian

They will also give you a taste of Italian Cuisine for they also offer Italian delicacies like different flavors of Pizza and Pastas.

     You can fill up your details by accesing to your GetGo Account. By this, you can have points everytime you book using that account. 
     If you do not have a GetGo Account, you can continue as guest.

4.  Adds-On

     Be careful, because Cebu Pacific put some automatic ads-on such as CebTravel Sure and CebSeat Selector. You can remove them one by one.

5. Payment
     You can give your debit/credit card details or just pay using your paypal.

Take Note! 

It is called Piso Fare Promo because the price of its base fare is only 1 Php. But you still need to pay the Administrative fee, Fuel surcharges, PH-Vat and PH Passenger.

A Magical City in Plaça Catalunya

Our Creator is indeed thoughtful to give all our needs since the first day He created the world. And as His creations, it is our responsibility to take care all these things. It is being stated in the bible that: 

Then God said, "Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness, so that they may rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky, over the livestock and all the wild animals, and over all the creatures that move along the ground."

As we all know, global warming is very alarming nowadays. So different associations all over the world is doing their moves to help our environment. There are a lot of alternatives for plastic and there are a lot of movements in planting new trees. 

As part of it, last December 20 to 31 of 2019, Nissan company together with the Ayuntament de Barcelona conducted an event called,¨A Magical City in Plaça Catalunya¨.

It is an event where you can see different booths where they sell books, clothing, etc. that is made of recycled materials. Aside from that, they have different activities for kids. As a saying say, ¨Youths are the hope of our nation¨. So it is important to give them a sustainable knowledge about our environment and how they can help at a young age. Giving them this view in life will help them to establish this kind of perception as they grow up and share it with other children. 

Activities

1.Design Your Own Box

Kids are given their own box and have the chance to play with it. They can be creative to design it given some materials. What a nice way to teach children on how to enjoy little things without harming the environment.

2. Photo taking

Children or even with their parents can take a photo with this giant rabbit made with recycled materials. They will be given a coat which they can wear. 

3. Concert

Different bands are seen playing in front of these people. You will see on their board the schedule of each bands and as well as the schedule of different activities. 

4. Playground

Kids are being thought of playing like the old days. This teaches children to be playful and friendly at the same time. 

All the materials in the event are environmental friendly and recycled. 

These are just some of the activities in A Magical City in Plaça Catalunya. What a nice way to give awareness about climate change and giving these little cuties a knowledge about recycling.
