Another thing I learned is that, your facial wash is not enough to clean your face. You still have to use another product to fully cleanse your face. And for that, I honestly recommend you The Body Shop Tea Tree Squeaky Clean Scrub. It is a facial scrub used to exfoliate your face.

All kind of facial scrub is better to use two times a week. Usually it has tiny stones or product used to exfoliate your skin so it is better not to use it daily to prevent it from damaging your skin. 

For a short story, I remember when I already consumed all my facial wash and I was not able to buy a new one that time, I tried using The Body Shop Tea Tree Squeaky Clean Scrub daily. Yes, I tried it daily and thankfully because of its ingredients, it did not damage my skin. It is a facial scrub product used to exfoliate and remove the dead cells in your face. You may see that they are claiming that it is a daily facial exfoliator and as what I experienced and told above, it will not damage your skin but still, better just use it two times a week to prevent any problem.

I have a sensitive and blemished skin. But with this product, it work smoothly with my skin and it never caused any problem on me.

How To Use It

1. You can wash your face using your preferred facial wash or facial cleanser
2. After cleaning you face, you can now get a small amount of product from The Body Shop Tea Tree Squeaky Clean Scrub
3. Scrub it to your skin slowly 
4. Gently massage you skin with

What I Like

As I have said, I have a sensitive skin. Every time I try skin care products hoping it to help and skin and prevent having pimples, it works reverse. But when I tried The Body Shop Tea Tree Squeaky Clean Scrub, I never had a dry face, or made my pimples to come out. 

What I Dislike

Honestly, I do not have any dislikes with this product

Is It Worthy?

Yes it is. It may seem a little bit expensive for a facial scrub but do not worry for it will last longer than we expected. And it works perfectly to my skin. It removes the dry cells in my face and leave it smooth and clean. And of course, even I have a sensitive skin, it never made my pimples to come out after using it.

My Skin Care Routine

 

I was too young when I started to love makeups. I still do remember buying a cheap lip gloss in the shop in front of our school. And how many times I asked my big sister to buy my first eye shadow pallet.

I was in fourth grade when we found a cosmetic shop, HBC to be exact, that sells makeups for younger age. I had my first eyeshadow pallet that had three colors in it: blue, pink and violet. I felt so professional every time I use it. 

Time flies so fast, and little did I know, I was slowly destroying my face. It was only 2017 when I decided to invest in skin care products. I was so surprised knowing the price for each product but I am still thankful that I learned how important they are. 

Many will ask why beauty gurus have that perfect skin, and yes, that is because they invest in their skin care. It is important to remove all kind of products in our face, keep it hydrated and bacteria free. So now, I will show you the product I use for my skin care routine. 

My Skin Care Routine

SparkElle Pretty in Pink Soap
I love washing my face with this soap. It leaves my face so soft and it promises an acne free face that I dreamt of. I use this three times a day: during morning when I wake up, when I take a bath and lastly before I sleep. 

You can read in My Everyday Makeup Routine that I do not usually put heavy make ups. So by this soap, it really cleanses my face without worrying that some make up products or dirt are still on my face.

Facial scrub are indeed important but take note that you cannot use it everyday. I usually use The Body Shop Tea Tree Squeaky Clean Scrub only two times a week. Specially when I feel bumps on my face. But thankfully, thanks to SparkElle Pretty in Pink Soap, it lessen the possibility to have bumps but I still use The Body Shop Tea Tree Squeaky Clean Scrub two times a week to keep my face smooth and soft.

It is a good facial scrub because it does not dry out my face and it keeps my face soft.

The Body Shop Aloe Soothing Day Cream
Even we use products that make our skin so soft and smooth, it is a must to use a moisturising cream to keep and face hydrated. And The Body Shop Aloe Soothing Day Cream is perfect for that. I use this product every time I finish washing my face to keep it smooth. 

You can read that it is a day cream but do not worry, you can use it as well during night to keep your face moisturised and hydrated and it will save you a lot of money.

Vaseline Lip Therapy
I love using  Vaseline Lip Therapy after washing my face so whenever a lip product left on my lips, Vaseline Lip Therapy is able to remove it for me and leave my lips so smooth again. No more dry and cracked lips!

It is a relief to remove and feel fresh again after a long day with makeup. Let us not forget how important our face is and how important we take care of it.

As I said to my previous blog, Why You Should Start Moisturizing, ¨the key for a perfect make up is a perfect skin¨. And to achieve a baby soft perfect skin is a combination of various skin care products. 

Being a human, I really advice people to have a skin care routine. It is not only for women but also for men. Not only for those who wear make up, but for everyone. We should take care of our face as it is what we show first when we interact with other people.

What I like about The Body Shop is they have a variety of skin care products, make ups, etc., for all type of skin. And they are all cruelty free and made of natural ingredients. So you do not have to worry for they have the answer for all your worries.

People may keep on trying different products but just others, what is good for their skin may not be good for me and vice versa. So I really choose wise on products that I would be trying. Seeing the price, I can say it is indeed expensive. And maybe you would ask me why I am still using it. I have a very sensitive skin, and it has been years since I got an acne problem. So because of those issues, I won´t mind spending a little bit for my face if it helps me from my issues. 

If you do not have a sensitive skin or acne problem, you can try other moisturizing cream that are more cheaper than this. But I am telling you, you should be aware of cheap products for it may distroy your face.

How To Use It

1.Wash your face, put everything you need such as toner. 

2.Get you The Body Shop Aloe Soothing Day Cream and apply it directly to your face

3.Let it dry

4.After it dries, you can now put your make up

In the product itself says that it is a day cream, but if you want to save money, you can also use it as a night cream. 

What I Like

I really like how it moisturizes my skin at its best. And I can also use it as my night cream without spending too much.

What I Dislike

Of course, its price. It is really expensive for me . But I know, the price is worthy.

Is It Worthy?  

It is really worthy specially if you have a sensitive skin and acne problem. But if you don´t, you can try other cheaper moisturizing cream.
