Mirando al Mar | New Year Celebration

Another year ends, another year begins. Everyone is busy preparing to celebrate it. Some people are so excited, preparing the foods, buying fireworks, but others are busy at work. 

If you are living in the Philippines, I am sure you are so busy and excited for New Year´s Eve. I also miss the noise and smoke from fireworks. The noise of kids playing with their horn. And all the sweat we get from cooking tons of food in the kitchen. 

But if you are living abroad, everything is different. You are going to hear the noice of fireworks for few minutes. And the noice on the street with definitely make you deaf. Some are lucky to have a proper dinner with all the members of the family at exactly New Year´s Eve. But not all are that lucky. Some are waiting for their family member from work to come home. But others arrive when everyone is already asleep. 

In our case, we had to celebrate the ¨New Year´s Eve¨ on the afternoon of January 1. A simple lunch to celebrate it is enough. Sometimes, we need to deal with hoping to be together for the rest of the year than for just one night. We may have different ways on how we celebrated, but the most important thing is to celebrate the rest of the year together with our family.

It is located inside the shopping center Maremagnum which had a big part on my younger years because my family and friends used to come here a lot of times for it is just near in our neigborhood.

Mirando al Mar has tons of Spanish foods to offer. From first plate to dessert. Best to celebrate any occasions or just simple days. 

Ambiance

Having a good ambiance is a big point. Mirando al Mar gives you tons of background for photo taking using the four sides of the restaurant. And a big point for its view, port side.

It is Christmas and we can see a lot of Christmas Displays everywhere. Knowing that Spain is a Catholic country, for sure you will feel the spirit of Christmas. It is one of the best place to come with family and have a bonding time together. 

Another year starts, let us all use this for a better purposes. It is time to renew ourselves, have our plans and make them come true. It is a year full of blessings so be prepared. In 2020, it is more of you Jesus.
